I'm building a house on a slab on grade, so I hired Jeff to design my drain waste and vent lines since they would be under concrete.
First of all, he was very responsive to my texts and emails. He always got right back to me. I sent him a copy of my floor plans, and he sent me a personalized video. In the video, he clearly explained how to run all the lines, highlighting them on the plan.
He went over all the fittings that I would need. Also, he noted some things for me to keep in mind.
